The Shushama Feed Factory is equipped with modern, automated systems that ensure high-quality poultry, fish, and cattle feed production under strict quality control. At the core of the process are the Raw Material Silos & Storage Systems, which safely store maize, soybean meal, rice bran, and other essential ingredients while protecting them from moisture and contamination. Once stored, the ingredients are processed through Automatic Feed Grinders & Mixers, where raw materials are finely ground and uniformly mixed to create balanced formulations with proteins, vitamins, and minerals. To form durable and digestible feed, the mixture is passed through Extruders & Pelletizers, advanced machines that shape the feed into floating or sinking pellets depending on poultry, fish, or cattle needs. After pelletizing, the feed is cooled and moisture-controlled using Dryers & Cooling Systems, which enhance feed shelf-life and maintain nutritional stability. The finished feed is then packed with precision using Automated Bagging & Weighing Machines, ensuring accurate weight and secure packaging for easy distribution. Finally, every batch is tested in the Quality Control Laboratory, where advanced equipment checks for protein content, moisture level, fiber, fat, and overall feed safety before reaching farmers.
